One of my favorite simple and delicious recipes! Everyone loves pizza, why not have it for breakfast? Perfect for a morning after being out all night, or a quick and hearty meal before you have to leave for the day. This breakfast pizza will satisfy your ravenous morning hunger, without taking hours to make. A few simple ingredients and a little bit of prep time can have you a breakfast pizza hit that will impress your lady or keep the whole family satisfied. Enjoy!!!
12″ Store Bought Pizza Crust
Pre-Packaged Country Gravy
6 Slices of Thin Sliced Ham
2 Cups Mozzarella Cheese
1 Cup of Fresh Spinach
2 Teaspoons of Black Pepper
2 Teaspoons of Salt
Preheat oven according to Pizza Crust instructions.
On a flat baking sheet spread a very light coat of cooking oil. Lay Pizza Crust according to instructions onto the flat baking sheet
Prepare Gravy according to instructions. Spread 3 Tablespoons Gravy on the Crust starting from the center and spreading out towards the edge with a spoon. Leave 1 inch of Crust dry around the edges. Save the rest of the Gravy for Breakfast tomorrow.
Spread the Mozzarella cheese evenly on the gravy, remember to leave the 1 inch crust around the edges.
Place Ham slices on top of the cheese
Sprinkle the spinach evenly on top of the ham.
Crack the Eggs and place 1 raw on each quadrant.
Sprinkle Pepper all over
Sprinkle Salt all over.
Roll the edge of the dough over all around the pizza to form a crust.
Bake according to crust instructions until crust is golden brown and eggs are cooked to desired doneness.
Tip: For Eggs that you want to be well done, reduce Temperature by 25 degrees F and cook until eggs are done.
